**Forwarn** GettyImages (for all we know) gave permission to alot of companies to use the pictures they have on their site. But when small businesses pay for program's GETTYIMAGES sends letter saying "YOU ARE USING PICTURES WITHOUT PERMISSION" how you to know who owns what (Images)

Heavenly Habanero came into being on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY 2009. After almost 4 years of blending peppers I was told by my partners it was time to market my idea. SO I did. I made with the assistance of my partners Heavenly Habanero.
