 Heavenly Habanero Seasoning Turkey Breast with Alfedo

Injected Grilled Turkey/Chicken Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Heavenly Habanero Seasonall seasoning
1/4 tablespoon Heavenly Habanero Garlic
1 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloin or Chicken

Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high for 5 minutes.
2. Mix oil, and seasonings in bowl. Inject into turkey then turkey and stir to coat.
3. Place on grill for 14 minutes turning once during cooking. Juices should run clear and internal temperature should reach 165°F. Slice into medallions and serve.

Fettucine Alfredo With Broccoli

Ingredients
8 ounces of fettucine
one 16-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon pesto sauce

Steps
1. Place 6-8 quart saucepan filled 3/4 full with water on high heat to boil.
2. When boiling, start cooking fettucine for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. In microwave-safe bowl mix alfredo, broccoli and pesto.

Heavenly Habanero Lemon Pepper Grouper

Ingredients
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon heavenly habanero seasonall
large zip-top bag
1 1/4 pounds grouper fillets (or tilapia or snapper; thawed, if needed)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
6 ounces pre-sliced mushrooms (rinsed)
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon capers
1 1/2 teaspoons Heavenly Habanero Lemon Pepper
1 lemon (for juice, rinsed)

Steps

1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place flour and Heavenly Habanero Seasonall in zip-top bag; shake to mix. Cut fish into 4 portions; add to bag (wash hands). Seal bag tightly and shake to coat.
2. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add fish (wash hands); cook 3–4 minutes on each side or until nearly opaque.
3. Move fish to outer edge of pan, clearing space in the middle. Add butter and mushrooms; cook 1–2 minutes, stirring often, or until mushrooms begin to soften.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Heavenly Habanero Lemon Pepper mixed with Promise Butter
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb tilapia fillets (thawed, if needed)
butter cooking spray

Steps

1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Pour Heavenly Habanero Lemon Pepper and Butter in medium bowl. Place bread crumbs on plate (may be paper). Dip fish in Heavenly Habanero Lemon Pepper and Butter , then coat both sides with bread crumbs (wash hands).
2. Coat top and bottom of grill with cooking spray. Place fish on grill (wash hands); close lid and grill 3–4 minutes or until fish is opaque and separates easily with fork. (If using regular grill, double cooking time, turning once.) Serve.

 Citrus Fish with Habanero

Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (coarsely chopped)
1 cup long grain white rice
4 fish filets (such as snapper, grouper, tilapia; 1 1/2 lb)
5 oz fresh sliced onions (1 cup)
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Heavenly Habanero garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried tomatoe
1 teaspoon Heavenly Habanero Lemom Pepper


Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place oil in 2-quart baking dish.
  • Slice bell pepper.
  • Chop cilantro.


Steps
  1. Prepare rice following package instructions.
  2. Place fish filets in baking dish, turning to coat with oil (wash hands). Arrange pepper and onion slices over fish; sprinkle with cilantro.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Bake 15–20 minutes (uncovered) or until 145°F (and flesh separates easily). Serve with rice.

 Heavenly Habanero Meat Loaf

Our Meatloaf is one you have to try..
 
Get 2.5 lbs of Ground Chuck and 1 LB of ground pork.
Put into a bowl and add 3 eggs. Mix very well and add 1/2 cup Heavely Habanero Ketchup along with 1 TBS Heavenly House Blend
Chop 2 Onions (Medium or) 1 large and mix in with the meat
 
Put into a pan with Foil as your liner. Add Heavenly House Blend Seasoning lightly on top and cook at 375 for 1 1/2 hrs.
Take out and open and put a light coat of Heavenly Habanero Ketchup on top with a light drizzel of Honey
 
Put back in the oven and put on broil for 5 min. Remove let cool a little and cut.
